Pathways To Home Ownership

This program provides 1 on 1 support and coaching to help individuals prepare for the home buying process. We provide a credit evaluation to determine where you are and create an action plan to give you step by step guidance to getting preapproved. We help you reach your goals for credit building and saving for your 1st home. Weekly virtual coaching calls to help with accountability through this process.

Must be employed for at least one year with no breaks in employment.

Suited For Life

Mission - To inspire and educate our youth with tools needed for entering a traditional career or Entrepreneurship. Provide resources in the areas of finance, leadership, self-awareness, job readiness and knowledge of creating a business plan. We will create Internship opportunities and provide degree seeking high school seniors with scholarships towards their upcoming school year.

  • Program Eligibility (ages 16-21)

  • Must be currently attending High School or College

  • Must have a gpa of at least 2.0
